Sales Agents at Dschool World of Learning

Role Description

• Dschool World of Learning is seeking motivated, energetic and target-driven Sales Agents to join our growing sales network across all 47 counties in Kenya, with opportunities for regional expansion into partner COMESA states.
• The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling Dschool's premium learning books and educational resources to schools, parents, learners, bookshops, churches, community groups and other relevant customers.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
• Own a smartphone and be comfortable using WhatsApp Business.
• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, disciplined and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage activities within an assigned territory.
• Willingness to conduct field sales, customer visits and product demonstrations.
• Willingness to work on weekends when required for sales activities.
• Existing networks with schools, parents, churches, bookshops or community groups are an advantage.
• Genuine interest in education, books, learning solutions or child development..
