What You'll Do

• Lodge Acquisition & Sales Acquisition
• Prospect and onboard new lodges while building strong relationships with general managers, chefs, and procurementofficers.Show them how Kijani delivers reliability, savings, and hassle-free ordering.
• Account Growth & SKU Penetration
• Map menu cycles and procurement patterns to help lodges streamline their purchasing. Introduce themtoourfull catalogueand shift them from chaotic, ad-hoc orders to predictable monthly procurement.
• Drive Adoption of Our Platform
• Guide lodges through our Procurement OS—from initial audits to WhatsApp-based ordering, demandplanning,andautomated replenishment. Make their lives easier. 4. Deliver Exceptional Service
• Conduct regular account reviews, resolve service issues quickly, and ensure every lodge gets accurate deliveriesandclearcommunication. 5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Identify new sourcing opportunities, competitive pricing, and regional lodge openings.Report weeklyonrevenue

Experience

• 3–5 years in sales, account management, or client-facing roles
• Background in hospitality, tourism, food distribution, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain
• Familiarity with the Mara lodge ecosystem or safari hospitality is a major plus

Skills

• Natural relationship builder with strong communication skills (written, spoken,online)
• Analytical mindset—you can spot patterns in procurement data and turn them into opportunities
• Comfortable with CRM tools and structured reporting
• Valid driver's license and confident driving across varied terrain
• Ready to travel regularly across lodge clusters
