    Sales Coordinator

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate daily Max & Biz sales activities as directed by the Head of Sales
    • Review and approve all Max & Biz quotations before dispatch
    • Maintain a minimum 50% quotation-to-conversion rate
    • Ensure all Biz quotations, survey reports, and solution designs are digitally stored per client
    • Maintain complete and up-to-date digital project documentation
    • Ensure availability and adequacy of all sales materials and equipment
    • Capture and track all tendering opportunities aligned with Mawingu's scope of work
    • Conduct daily follow-ups with Area Managers to ensure achievement of sales targets

    REQUIREMENTS

    • At least five years of sales experience.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience working for a busy technology company preferably in
    • Telecommunication (ISP) and able to Multi task Excellent experience in competitive bidding,sourcing and preparation of Tenders.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience working with Multiple teams and achieving daily results.
    • A self starter and self motivated individual able to handle pressure. (Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply)
