Sales Driver at Farmers Choice Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking to hire sales representatives who will be tasked with increasing sales and brand visibility across the country.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve an increase in the number of accounts and brand visibility of company products
2. Collect orders from the various supermarkets and stockists
3. Monitor sales in the market to ensure  targets and objectives a re met
4. Ensure optimal ava ila bility of products over Iong  and  short-term
5. Ensure Route to Market & Territory Management optimization
6. Development of strong relationships with customers.
7. Ensure cash collection as per ag reed terms with cust omers and carry out da ily reconcilioti on
8. Maintain accurate records of all accounts’ so les and prospecting activities includ i ng sales calls, present ati ons, closed sales, and follow-up activities withi n their assigned territory
9. Proactively establish and maint a in effective working tea m relationships with all support departments Prepa re regular reports anÖ o no lysis on sales.
10. Route to market (RTC) planni ng
11. Supervise and support merchandizers and foot sold iers to ensure sales to rgets o re met.

5kiIIs & Qualifications

1. Minimum of a Diploma i n Sa les 8‹ Marketing or related field.
2. MUST Have 2 — 3 years in experience in FMCG.
3. Strong unde rstand ing of customer and ma rket dyna mics and requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communications sk ills.
4. Ability to work in a tea m
5. Should be a highly motivated and agg ressi ve soles person,
6. Should be present a ble at all times.
7. Must have five years driving experience of commercial vehicle.
