MAIN ACTIVITIES AND TASKS

• Meeting with clients in office or virtually.
• Ensuring standard general sales pitch and presentations are prepared all the products or for each product vertical per client requirement.
• Developing and implementing territory marketing and client relation plans.
• Ensuring growth of SLA/AMC business from existing clients and new customers that are not necessarily a client of ours in terms of the initial installation.
• Ensuring that company procedures are followed where there is an implementation of an AMC/SLA.
• Should review Tender and Prequalification schedule reports as part of Sales procedure so as to follow with Tenders and Pre-qualifications. When the Pre-Qualification is successful, visit such clients to see if there is business to be generated from this successful pre-qualification. Build relationships with these institutions.
• Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly Sales pipeline/ platform.
• Prepare accurate sales report daily, weekly and monthly based on your performance.
• Ensuring sales targets are met on a monthly basis.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Organizing sales promotional activities by planning and implementation with principals where possible or applicable e.g. Breakfast shows, Road shows in towns with shops.
• Any other duties assigned by the Seniors
