    Sales Executive

    We have been retained by a Client dealing in the entire assortment of tools and equipment in agricultural, construction, equipment handling, garage lifting, power, pressure safety, water pumps, welding, generators, wood working and hand tools from leading brands worldwide to hire a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive is tasked with selling their products nationwide.

    COVERAGE:       Nationwide Sales

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    The Sales Executive shall perform Sales and Marketing duties for an upcoming Company while meeting company sales targets and ensuring best service delivery to the customers

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Do sales and marketing of tools and machinery equipment in the country
    • Identify and grow opportunities within the country to achieve set sales targets
    • Follow up on referrals including new account inquiries and trade show leads
    • Monitor customers and competitors’ activities in the market and update important customer and competitor information to the management.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with the new and existing clients
    • Identify customers’ needs and propose the best solutions; optimize customers’ accounts and proactively cross-sell and upsell
    • Keep track of all customers and preferences by serving as the main contact liaison and maintaining clear customer contacts in a database
    • Undertake after-sales service to all customers served
    • Ensure optimal customer experience through service given and follow up on all inquiries

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in sales and Marketing and/or in related field
    • Preferred skills :2+ years of Sales Experience
    • MUST have a passion for service delivery to the customer.
    • Must be conversant with both B2B and B2C sales.
    • Should have exemplary experience in sales

    COMPEANSATION

    The remuneration shall consist of the following.

    • Retainer
    • Transport
    • Airtime
    • Competitive BONUS on a well-structured commission Scheme
