    Sales Executive (Security) – Nairobi

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Meet clients both virtually and in person to present and promote client’s full range of products and services, including electric fences, gates, automation systems, razor wire, shade sails, tensile structures, and parking shades.
    • Respond promptly to company-generated sales enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and successful closure of leads.
    • Explain technical specifications, installation procedures, and product value propositions to potential clients.
    • Prospect and establish new business opportunities with hardware stores, property developers, security firms, and contractors.
    • Maintain accurate records of quotations, invoices, and client databases, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
    • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, projections, and market feedback to management.
    • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and specifications in line with company policies and profitability objectives.
    • Work proactively to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from quotation to installation.
    • Conduct market research to monitor trends and competitors, and maintain strong after-sales relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

    Key Qualifications.

    • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration — a technical background is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) or industrial sales, preferably in the hardware, construction, or security sectors.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
