Sales Executives at Delsco

A client in Nairobi in the lending business is looking for an experienced Sales Executives to join their team. The ideal candidates must have proven experience in a similar role.

Main Activities

1. Identify & screen potential clients through lead generation.
2. Promote and sell company products to potential clients.
3. Evaluate client’s risk profile.
4. Meet monthly sales targets.
5. Advise clients on the required documentation and feedback on expectations  
6. Establish and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, staff and other partner.  
7. Ensure excellent customer services.
8. Adhere to various company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1. At least 2 years’ experience in aggressive sales
2. At least 1 year experience in selling check off loans services
3. Must have worked in a microfinance
4. Customer service experience
5. At least a diploma in sales and marketing

Skills

1. Excellent communication skills (Listening, Spoken and Written)
2. Strong analytical, judgment and decision-making skills

Remuneration: Retainer 25,000 – 30,000 (depending on experience) plus commissions
