    Sales Fellow - ElevateHR

    Position Overview: 

    • We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Business Development Fellows (Paid Internship) to join our team at Elevate HR. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and support various aspects of our sales and business development efforts while gaining valuable experience in the software industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in prospecting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online platforms.
    • Support market research initiatives to identify target prospects and understand their needs better.
    • Learn and apply effective sales strategies and techniques to engage potential clients and generate leads.
    • Assist in identifying key decision-makers within target organizations and establishing business relationships with them.
    • Shadow experienced team members to observe presentations and demonstrations of Elevate HR's software solutions.
    • Provide support during software demonstrations, gaining insights into showcasing features and functionality.
    • Learn negotiation techniques and assist in negotiating contract terms and pricing under supervision.
    • Shadow consultations with prospects, understanding their critical business issues related to HR management.
    • Support in providing tailored solutions and recommendations aligned with prospects' specific needs.
    • Assist in collaborating with the product owner to relay prospect requirements and contribute ideas for product enhancements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities, and share insights with the team.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to share ideas and strategies for business development.
    • Support in monitoring sales pipeline, tracking progress, and providing reports on sales activities.
    • Learn and support in executing effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.

    Requirements:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in learning about B2B sales, business development, or the software industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Enthusiastic about building relationships and delivering compelling presentations.
    • Eagerness to learn negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
