Our client is a well-established organization and they are looking for a Sales Manager - Appliances for their Office in Kenya.

Job Description

• Achieving growth and following sales targets of the customer by successfully managing the channels and the distributor
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Coaching and performance monitoring of brand ambassadors
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a  Sales, Account Management or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
