Responsibilities

• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• Help Customers draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
• Conduct effective training needs analysis and come up with recommendations within customers training budget.

Requirement & Skills

• Degree in Business management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Experience as a Learning development manager will be an added advantage .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM
