Sales Manager at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimize operations, store listings, traffic, and conversion rates across major OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com) to drive online bookings and revenue.
• Acquire and maintain high-value corporate clients, specifically targeting embassies, foreign enterprises, and international institutions, to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Combine online and offline resources to develop targeted sales and operational strategies, follow up on client requirements, and increase repeat business.
• Review sales statistics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to ensure steady, continuous revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OTA operations and sales within hotels or serviced apartments.
• Deep knowledge of Booking.com and other major OTA rules, including listing optimization promotion, and order management.
• Proven track record in developing key corporate clients (embassies, multinational firms) with strong negotiation skills; existing client networks in these sectors are highly preferred.
• Strong capabilities in market analysis, business negotiation, and strategic planning; must be result-oriented, proactive, resilient under targe pressure, and highly customer-focused
