Sales Manager at Talent Grid Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Kenya and East Africa
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to support business growth
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients and partners
• Lead negotiations, close contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare management reports

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and business development within the medical equipment or consumables sector
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Experience working with distributors is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region

Salary: KSh 100,000 + Commissions
