    Sales Manager

    • Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in pharmaceutical sales management? Join our team at Transwide Pharmaceuticals Ltd in nairobi as a Sales Manager and take charge of driving growth, leading a dynamic sales team, and expanding our market presence!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
    • Plan work schedules and timetables
    • Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales whilst building a strong presence
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Performance monitoring of all sales representatives
    • Providing solutions to customer complaints and ensuring an amicable relationship with the company
    • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation by creating a rapport with clients
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management (MUST)
    • Experience in institution & tenders business (DESIRABLE)
    • Proven ability to lead a team to meet thei
