Sales & Marketing Executives at Kasha Properties

Kasha Properties, A property management company in Nairobi, Kenya is seeking to recruit sales and marketing executives to market and sell their properties. The main duty is to market, sell, lease or rent properties while achieving and exceeding the set sales target.

Responsibilities

• Sell and rent properties in the company property listings.
• Source New business for the company.
• Market the company products to potential clients.
• Carry out sales, sourcing and rental activities.
• Handle client’s inquiries promptly.
• Market the site property to potential target clients.
• Represent the company at the designated sites.
• Submit daily work plans to the marketing manager.
• Submit monthly reports to management.
• Meet various landlords/property owners and developers on behalf of the company in order to obtain their property for development, joint ventures, management and sale by the company.
• Ensure there is enough property in the company’s portfolio.
• Share information regarding the status of property sourced.
• Market the property to clients for rental in order to ensure that all properties are occupied.
• Push for sales/letting of property within the company portfolio.
• Communicate any changes regarding the property to the Marketing Manager and all the concerned parties.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Required skills: Marketing, Sales strategy
• Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
