Sales Officer at Avenews

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through structured field visits and product presentations.
• Convert leads into complete, compliant loan applications.
• Activate and commercialize partner networks: agro-dealers, distributors, cooperatives, aggregators, etc.
• Guide customers in preparing accurate documentation and reduce application errors.
• Execute field ambassador duties during activations, trainings, and market engagements.
• Track and report pipeline performance, conversion rates, and market insights.
• Support loan activation and repeat usage initiatives in collaboration with operations teams

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience in fintech, microfinance, FMCG, or agribusiness.
• Strong documentation and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work with CRMs and digital tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively and be in the field daily.
