    Sales & Operations Manager

    Sales & Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence across our network.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise daily operations across all pharmacy branches.
    • Drive branch sales performance and achievement of monthly targets.
    • Prepare and manage staff duty rotas and branch staffing plans.
    • Coordinate branch stock transfers and monitor implementation of pricing.
    • Conduct routine branch visits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer service standards.
    • Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
    • Coordinate branch promotions, activations, and sales campaigns.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
    • Investigate and resolve operational challenges, escalating complex matters to the Chief Pharma where necessary.
    • Work closely with the Chief Pharma to implement operational policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years' experience managing multi-branch retail operations, preferably in the pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or retail sector.
    • Demonstrated experience in sales management, team leadership, and operations management.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/POS systems. the position you are applying for.
