Sales Representative – Cleaning Company at Reeds Africa Consult

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads to bring in new clients in the facility management, hospitality, and waste management sectors.
• Identify and approach potential clients to present the company’s cleaning services and solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure services are delivered according to client expectations.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, sharing insights with the management team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, specifically within facility management, hospitality, or waste management services.
• Strong understanding of the cleaning services industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
