    Sales Representative

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the agrochemical industry.
    • Proven network and good relationships with flower farms.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
    • Strong understanding of agrochemical products and their application.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
    • Valid driving license.
