Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply chain, or a business-related course
• One-year prior experience as part of a sales, marketing or business development, logistics team
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Outgoing personality
• Self-starter

Job Specification-

• Receive booking templates from the shipper
• Forward the template to the vendor for booking confirmation.
• Ensure correct details are captured on the booking confirmation i.e. Reefer settings, container type/size
• Follow ups on export clearance documents from shipper
• Follow up on stuffing and timely release of containers from shipper’s packhouse.
• Send daily timely updates to shippers.
• Ensure containers are gated in port on time i.e. before vessel cut off
• Updating customers on vessel departure and loading of their containers.
• Follow up on SIs, BL drafts, invoices
• Ensure draft B/Ls are approved on time and invoices settled before vessel arrives POD
• Genset and RMMW stock follows up
• Any other duties assigned.
