Sales Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for:
- Conducting sales trainings and developing training programs for our sales team.
- Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance the performance of the sales team.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new sales team.
- Sales Performance Evaluation.
- Sales Training Evaluation
- Industry and Market Research
Qualifications
- Presentation Skills and Sales Training experience
- Experience in Training & Development
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify sales trends
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
