    Salesperson

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for residential modular and container fabrication projects.
    2. Identify and engage with prospective clients, including individual homeowners, real estate developers, architects, and contractors, through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold-calling.
    3. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their vision and budget.
    4. Conduct thorough needs assessments and site visits to understand project requirements, educate clients on our residential modular and container fabrication offerings, and present compelling proposals.
    5. Collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to develop accurate project cost estimates, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
    6. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring contractual terms, pricing, and project scope align with company objectives.
    7. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
    8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable building practices related to residential modular and container fabrication, positioning the company as a trusted industry expert.
    9. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
    10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client interactions, sales pipelines, and forecasts, using CRM systems or other designated tools.

    Qualifications:

    1. Proven track record of at least [5] years in residential sales, preferably within the modular construction, prefabrication, or container fabrication industry.
    2. In-depth knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations, with a strong understanding of modular and container fabrication methods.
    3. Established network and relationships with individual homeowners, real estate developers, architects, contractors, and industry professionals in the residential construction space.
    4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    5. Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
    6. Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
    8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
    9. Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and other relevant software applications.
    10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
