• As a Scheduler, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and caregivers. You'll ensure proper caregiverclient matches, manage referrals, and handle essential administrative and coordination tasks—all while maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with staff and clients, maintaining positive relationships.
• Answer inquiries, evaluate services, and serve as a liaison between associates and the Owner.
• Schedule daytoday caregiver activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to client requests, schedule changes, and feedback.
• Manage caregiver records and maintain compliance with internal procedures.
• Assist with inside sales and speak confidently to prospective clients.
• Adapt to a fastpaced environment with professionalism and resourcefulness.
