• We are currently hiring for the above position: Job Purpose:
• To ensure the safety and security of hospital staff, patients, visitors, and assets by maintaining a secure environment, preventing unauthorized access, and responding effectively to security incidents while implementing measures to minimize security-related costs and optimize resource utilization.

Access Control and Surveillance

• Monitor access to hospital premises to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Conduct patrols to deter theft and vandalism.
• Operate CCTV systems to address suspicious activities.
• Cost-Cutting Measures
• Report inefficiencies like energy wastage.
• Optimize staffing schedules to reduce overtime.
• Conduct checks to prevent theft and damage.
• Advise on cost-effective security solutions.
•  Incident Response
• Respond to security incidents promptly.
• Investigate breaches and provide detailed reports.
• Conflict Management and Visitor Support De-escalate conflicts and provide assistance to patients and visitors.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate records and submit detailed incident reports.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/certificate in security studies.
• Committed to and conform with the organizations mission.
• Minimum of 3 or more years of experience as security personnel in a hospital set up
