Requirements:

• Minimum: High school diploma or Equivalent
• First Aid & Fire Safety Certification: Preferred due to risk of warehouse incidents.
• Knowledge of E-commerce Systems (optional): Familiarity with scanning, barcoding, and inventory flow.
• Preferred: 1-2 years in e-commerce, logistics, or high-volume warehouse security.
• Experience in access control, surveillance, and loss prevention is highly valued.
• CCTV Monitoring: Competent in using surveillance systems for high-traffic zones.
• Inventory Theft Prevention: Knowledge of common internal/external theft tactics.
• Package & Vehicle Checks: Inspect outgoing parcels, staff lockers, and delivery vehicles as needed.
• Incident Response: Trained to respond to alarms, disputes, and emergency situations.
• Capable of standing/walking for long hours and conducting regular patrols.
• Comfortable working on weekends, or peak sale periods.
• Physically and mentally alert in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Integrity & Trustworthiness: Handles sensitive data, valuable goods, and access control.
• Attention to Detail: Spots irregularities in package handling or employee behavior.
• Works well with fulfillment teams, delivery personnel, and supervisors.
