JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations; Order and logistics support
• Verify courier and 3PL orders scanning and documentation matched
• Manage seller returns handovers to vendors at the station
• Administrative and procurement support l.e  requisition for office supplies, office consumables and Strong integrity, vigilance, and attention to records keeping.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in security, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of E-commerce warehouse/station management systems is an added advantage.
• Security & Loss Prevention
• Enforce access control measures for staff, couriers, and visitors at the station.
• Monitor and respond timely internal CCTV request
• Manage company parking space to ensure security and order in the station
• Safety & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and security policies at the station.
• Report hazards or risks that may compromise safety or operations.
• Guide staff on security awareness and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
