    Senior Associate

    About the Role

    • This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated cross-border finance transactions, advise market-leading clients, and collaborate with colleagues across the global DLA Piper network.

    Ideal Candidate

    The successful candidate should have 4–8 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) and strong expertise in:

    • Banking and finance transactions
    • LMA-style lending
    • Structured finance
    • Syndicated lending
    • Development Finance Institution (DFI) and multilateral finance transactions
    • Other complex financing matters

    What You’ll Do

    • Advise clients on high-profile and complex finance transactions
    • Work on cross-border matters across Africa and beyond
    • Collaborate with international teams within the DLA Piper network
    • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
