Senior Design Engineer

- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
You will:
- Lead the detail design of Solar PV, BESS, and Solar water pumping systems for tender submission
- Optimising Performance:
- conduct performance simulations and yield analysis using industry-standard software (PV systems, PV Sol, HomerPro)
- undertake or contribute to feasibility studies, engineering design, and Energy yield assessment
- Prepare, review, and compile high-quality technical proposals, bid documents, and client requirements.
You must:
- Experience: 3-5 years in solar engineering with a proven track record in developing technical proposals for bids.
- License: Valid EPRA T3 certification
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and MS Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of app modules, Inverters, BESS components, and SLDs
- Experience in responding to International RFPs/tenders (World Bank, UN agencies, etc.)
