Senior Digital Marketing Manager at hela.money

The role

Reporting directly to the CMO, you will work closely with the existing marketing team and be responsible for the implementation of a variety of strategies and campaigns:

1. Delivering creative multi-channel strategies that continue to drive customer acquisition and retain existing customers.
2. Increasing brand awareness across a variety of regions, monitoring and optimizing user funnels.
3. Designing and implementing digital advertising campaigns (Google Adwords, LinkedIn etc).
4. Monitoring and reporting on the performance and ROI of all digital marketing campaigns.
5. Identifying industry trends and insights and optimizing spending and performance accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Whilst knowledge and experience in the web3 sector is preferred, it is not a pre-requisite. We welcome applications from those who have an inquisitive mindset and a desire to learn, together with the following experience:
• 5 years + global digital marketing experience in a high-growth, fast-paced start-up environment (preferably fintech).
• You will be hands-on with a demonstrable track record of driving innovative, content-rich campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Significant experience in SEO / SEM, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, ASO, AB Testing and working with cross-platform products.
• With a strong analytical mindset, you will be adept at reporting on campaign and channel effectiveness for growing our userbase.
• Above all you, will be creative with a passion for building the future of finance.
