    Senior Driver - 2 Posts

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Driving official vehicles to ensure safe and timely transportation of staff and Hon. Members.
    • Ensuring the security and maintenance of assigned vehicles.
    • Keeping accurate mileage, fuel and maintenance records.
    • Reporting vehicle defects and coordinating repairs.
    • Ensuring compliance with traffic laws and organizational transport policies.
    • Maintenance of work ticket for vehicle assigned
    • Supporting budget preparation and monitoring expenditure.
    • Assisting in procurement documentation related to Accounts.
    • Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
