Key roles and responsibilities

• Assist the Managers, Directors and Partners in delivering services to clients in diversified sectors.
• Deliver high quality work on engagements.
• Review the work of junior members of the team and provide training where necessary. 
• Assist in business development through preparation of proposals and proactively targeting business opportunities.
• Undertaking other tasks as may be required from time to time.

Qualification and experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in a business related course from a reputable university.
• CPA, ACCA or CFA.
• At least 4 years of experience in external audit, corporate finance or transaction services in a reputable professional services firm.
• Experience in financial modelling, valuations, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions and market entry.
