Senior Financial Analyst at Network Recruitment

As a finance recruitment specialist, I’m collaborating with innovative organisations nationwide to source accomplished Senior Financial Analysts. In this role, you’ll deliver actionable insights, support long-term strategic planning, and play a key role in driving organisational growth. This is a high-impact position for finance professionals who thrive on analysis, strategic thinking, and contributing to key business decisions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MCom, MSc in Finance) is an added advantage

Certifications & Licenses (highly preferred in Kenya):

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), or relevant ERP/system certifications
• CPA-K or ACCA certification preferred
• Membership with ICPAK is desirable

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance, accounting, or analytical experience
• Proven ability to support senior management or executive teams with strategic insights
• Experience in sectors: FMCG, manufacturing, financial services
• Knowledge of IFRS standards and Kenyan regulatory compliance (KRA, ICPAK)
• ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage) & advanced Excel
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
