Senior Lecturer- Department of Environmental Studies & Community Development at Mama Ngina University College (MNUC)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited and recognized university
• Applicants must be holders of a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from an accredited and recognized University in the area of specialty. 
• At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level as a Lecturer or six (6) years research/ industry experience. 
• A minimum of thirty two (32) publication points as a Lecturer or equivalent, of which at least twenty four (24) should be from refereed scholarly journals.
• Must have successfully supervised at least three (3) post-graduate students to completion as a Lecturer or equivalent.
• Must be a member of a relevant professional body.
• Evidence of active participation in departmental activities and good quality teaching.
• Evidence of the ability to attract research funding is an added advantage.
• Evidence of having attended and presented papers at conferences/ workshops/ seminars.
