    Senior Marketing And CSR Officer

    SENIOR MARKETING AND CSR OFFICER REF: TNH/HRD/SM&C/03/2022

    Reporting to the Head of Business Development, Marketing and CSR, the successful candidates will be responsible developing and implement the marketing initiatives in order to position and promote the hospital’s services to the target market in line with the hospital’s objectives.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Analyse the Hospital’s brand position in the market and crystallise targeted consumer insights.
    2. Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies;
    3. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
    4. Regularly inspect the Main Hospital and OPCs to ensure compliance of the Hospital's
    5. image, standards and brand management.
    6. Participate in the development and continuous review and update brand manual and guidelines.
    7. Develop promotional objectives and set goals in consultation with the Head of Marketing,
    8. Business Development and CSR and develop and/or initiate new techniques of promotion.
    9. Generate ideas and content for advertising, external websites and printed signage, billboards and posters.
    10. Organize programs designed to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
    11. Provide support to the business development teams and follow up the progress.
    12. Evaluate the performance of promotional service providers, including advertising company, consultants and other agencies as per the contract.
    13. Ensure that scripts for sponsored radio and TV programs, newspapers, newsletters, brochures and flyers are appropriately edited and that giveaway items are properly distributed to the concerned.
    14. Ensure that the Hospital’s advertisement campaigns are properly assessed for subsequent appropriate improvement.
    15. Ensure that payment for all marketing items is timely facilitated and settled.
    16. Ensure that the Hospital’s products are appropriately advertised in relevant locations and events.
    17. Encourage inter-departmental collaborations to generate advertising ideas or develop advertising strategies for the Hospital’s products and services.
    18. Develop the loyalty programs of the Hospital in collaboration with core process owners.
    19. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    20. Manage the development and execution of the Hospital’s digital marketing campaigns.
    21. Create awareness of the Hospital’s digital products and services internally and externally.
    22. Manage the use social media to promote the Hospital’s services and brand by contributing to external social media sites and outlets as assigned.
    23. Ensure the company’s website is properly managed and updated with a focus on user
    24. experience improvement.
    25. Participate in the design and ensure implementation of the Hospital’s CSR agenda including execution of hospital events such as annual Doctors’ dinner, Children charity heart fund and golf events to promote the Hospital’s visibility in the market.
    26. Market the hospital services to corporates and conduct screening of clinics target
    27. Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to the job holder by the supervisor from time to time.

    EDUCATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or any other business-related field from a recognized institution.
    2. Professional qualifications in Marketing.
    3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing preferably in the service industry.

    5. Creative design skills with the ability to interpret and influence design and advertising work to deliver on the spirit and feel of the brand.
    6. Ability to: draft and co-ordinate production of corporate literature and presentations, corporate award submissions, concept papers, company publications, press releases, and other public communication in electronic and hard copy format.
