Job Specifications
- Development and implementation of customer experience and branding strategies.
- Develop Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials
- Conduct awareness/outreach/CSI programmes
- Monitoring and evaluation of communication strategies
- Development and review of the service delivery charter
- Monitoring the implementation of the service delivery charter
- Updating the website content
- Resolve customer complaints
- Development communication and messaging content
- Policing the brand
- Develop, monitor, and report on individual performance targets.
- Comply with laws, regulations, standards, internal policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit timely reports and information for decision making.
Person Specifications

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -
- Four (4) years’ work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, International Relations, Social Science or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
- Meet the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution.

- Successful candidates will be required to submit the following compliance documents prior to issuance of appointment letters, in accordance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (2010):
  - Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
  - Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
  - Clearance from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
  - Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) clearance report.
  - Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
- Applicants are advised to indicate the position and reference number on their cover letter; their current and expected salaries;
- Each application should be accompanied with a detailed curriculum vitae, copies of relevant academic and professional certificates and transcripts, National Identity Card or Passport, testimonials and other relevant supporting documents;
