Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-
- Served for a minimum period of four (4) years;
- Diploma in any of the following disciplines: - Purchasing and Supplies or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies (CIPS) Final;
- Certificate in Supervisory course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications;
- Met the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution; and
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance.

- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
- Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
- Clearance from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
- Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) clearance report.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
