    Company Secretary & Director Legal Services

    Duties will entail:

    • Providing guidance to the Board on their duties and responsibilities and on matters of governance.

    Principal Officer, Data & Cyber Security

    Job Specifications
    Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:

    • Development and implementation of the data and cyber security strategy, plans and policies as a member of the IT team.

    Job Specifications
    Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: -

    • Receiving stores;
    • Processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders and expenditure;
    • Receiving and processing suppliers’ invoices for payment;
    • Inspecting the condition of goods received;
    • Checking and verifying issue notes and invoices;
    • Issuing stores to users;
