    Senior Reporting Analyst

    Reporting to Operational Excellence Manager- SRE, the Senior Reporting analyst will be responsible to build and reinforce the Agile mindset and to embed Agile principles in the Core Billing & BSS Tribe, measure and report on key stability and reliability performance indicators.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess and enhance Tribe agility and maturity-Own Agile maturity assessments and results; Provide agile training and capability for squad members to enhance their Agile capability development
    • Core Billing & BSS Tribe Agile events scheduling and management: chapter boosts, releases and sprints review and planning, Quarterly Business review (QBR)
    • Report on Tribe agile performance, identify areas of improvement and track these areas
    • Provide daily/weekly/monthly Core Billing and BSS systems stability, reliability, and performance reports in a timely manner with data integrity
    • Improve measurement and visibility of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
    • Core Billing and BSS department head count tracking
    • CAPEX and OPEX Management for the department
    • Ad hoc reports and requests

    Quaifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, IT, or another related field
    • More than 2 years of work experience in an agile environment as a scrum master/agile coach
    • Deep understanding of agile software delivery and DevOps culture including extensive experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
    • Extensive experience with JIRA / Confluence and remote collaboration tools e.g. Mural/Miro
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
    • A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
    • Strong initiative and sense of leadership, experience leading teams and enabling change
    • Agile Certifications, preferably Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner, Professional Scrum Developer) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner) or PMI (PMI ACP)
