QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements for Appointment: -

• Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Security Management, Criminology, Crime Prevention and Management, Information Communication Technology (ICT), Disaster Management, Social Work and Community Development or its equivalent from a recognized institution; and
• Proficiency in computer applications;

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Ensure adherence to county laws and other relevant Acts;
• Provide custody of relevant enforcement records;
• Enforce discipline among the officers under him/her to adhere to applicable policies and procedures;
• Carry out surveillance, detect and report any suspicious activities;
• Coordinate collection of relevant intelligence information and report on matters of County interest;
• Prepare duty roster and allocate duties to officers under him/her;
• Train and mentor staff under his/her supervision;
• Attend court when needed;
• Write and submit statements;
• Supervise staff working under him/her; and
• Carry out regular patrols in parking areas to ensure orderly parking and traffic management;
