Senior Stocks and Warehouse Officer at Fast Choice

The Senior stocks and warehouse Officer will be required to manage and track inventory levels, coordinate with other teams to optimize supply and demand planning, and outline strategies for stock control.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management within the company.
• Monitoring the stock of a company's raw materials, unfinished goods, and finished goods.
• Performing physical inventory counts periodically to ensure the data records match the actual inventory levels.
• Reconcile the stock variances
• Placing purchase requisitions with procurement to replenish stock.
• Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
• Tracking inventory levels, setting reorder points, managing purchase orders, and generating reports
• Maintaining company stock levels avoiding stock outs.
• Coordination with logistics and production for stock dispatch and tracking.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business related field majoring in warehouse and logistics
• Cpa I I
• 5-10 years minimum experience in a similar role within the Trading and Manufacturing industry.
• Must have experience working with and managing the team.
• Working knowledge and experience of Sage system, ERPs, and advanced Excel functions.
