Senior Tours Consultant
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Consultancy , Travels & Tours
- Experience with working with International Agents for at least 2 years.
- Able to handling all requests for all agents from German, United Kingdom, United states of America, Canada, Italy, France, and Japan.
- Knowledge of handling direct /FIT requests from the above agents to make memorable holidays for their clients
- Designing new itineraries and pricing for international clients and agents and ensuring all the tour aspects are captured in the system.
- Reduce company costs by negotiating for better rates from the suppliers.
- Organizing online business/ product meetings and catch-up calls with clients to update on the current industry trends that might need urgent and in-depth explanations.
- Identifying new tourism products in the market, analyzing, and giving appraise for the product ideas to our overseas agents and clients
- Provide the agents and other clients with information and support related to the products and services of behalf of the company.
