Service Technician Industrial Boilers at Bosch Africa

Job Description

Perform after sales services to Industrial Boilers Business in East Africa countries, being based in Kenya. Visit Industrial customers, create customer relationship and guarantee customer confidence in our services. Perform regular visits to customers and sell service products like maintenance, contracts and spares.

• Direct responsible for Boiler operation quality in area of intervention.
• Handle existing Maintenance contracts
• Answer to customers requests for troubleshooting
• Supervision and Commissioning of new Boilers
• Elaborate reports from each customer visit, with recommendations for spare parts and retrofits
• Close contact with Boiler experts in Germany

Required knowledge competencies and attributes

Academic & Professional:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 year with Boiler Maintenance and troubleshooting

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

• Boiler Maintenance, Installation and Troubleshooting
• Ability to also be a salesman and build up relationships with customers
• French& English Speaking, reading and writing
•  Availability to Travel within African countries.
