Shift Supervisor at Integrated Staffing and Training Limited

Our client in the packaging manufacturing industry is looking for a competent shift supervisor with proven experience in a similar industry. Reporting to the operations manager.

Qualifications

Education; Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Business Management or equivalent.

Experience; Minimum 2 years in a similar role.

Salary; 30,000 Kshs.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overseeing daily company operations.
2. Monitor employee performance according to set KPIs.
3. Assign tasks to employees and process paperwork for upper management.
4. Respond promptly to emergencies or unforeseen events during the shift.
5. Integrate new employees and take them through the training process.
6. Inventory and stock management for the assigned unit.
7. Handle disciplinary issues and reprimand subordinates when needed.
8. Exhibit broad familiarity with company products and specifications.
9. Knowledge of operation and production procedures.
