Shop Administrator- Rangwe at Solar Panda

What You Will Do

• Ensure that the company's field agents need for products is met by allocating them with stock.
• Receive and confirm stock delivered from the warehouse in the Company internal system
• Manage shop inventory, including timely requisitions to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Handle replacements under warranty conditions and provide troubleshooting support.
• Conduct weekly stock checks and reconcile inventory in the internal company system.
• Attend to shop walk-in enquiries, sales and customer service needs.
• Educate customers on products, procedures and terms by providing clear and accurate information.
• Maintain accurate records, including filing Field Agent agreements and related documents.
• Ensure the shop is well-maintained, tidy, orderly and compliant with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with local government regulations.

Qualifications

• A diploma in an academic field is a minimum.
• Two years experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• A speaker of the local mother tongue is a distinct advantage.
