Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering; a degree is preferred. Experience in fleet management is essential.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in using business computer applications and data management systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex situations, handle pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Experience in budgeting, financial control, and scheduling.

Duties:

• Plan and allocate Plant & Equipment as per DPP to ensure optimal availability and utilization.
• Develop and manage budgets, profits, and plans.
• Oversee capital asset maintenance and plant performance for production and quality.
• Control labor overtime, premium freight, and repair expenses.
• Maintain and update plant facilities, equipment, and inventory.
• Implement and sustain preventive maintenance programs.
• Promote shop floor organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure availability of necessary spares in the right quantity at the right time.
• Provide leadership, training, and annual appraisals to meet site objectives.
• Adhere to staff management policies and SQHE standards.
