Smart Agriculture Mechanization Tractor Sales Representatives at Sichey Automotive East Africa Limited

Responsibilities:

Sales and Relationship Management:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for smart agriculture mechanization tractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge and Demonstration:

• Stay updated on the latest features and benefits of our smart agriculture mechanization tractors.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our products.

Market Research:

• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Provide valuable insights to the marketing and product development teams based on customer feedback and market dynamics.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in agricultural machinery sales, with a focus on tractors preferred.
• Strong understanding of smart agriculture technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
