Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all of Mombo Sacco’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Respond promptly and professionally to queries from our online community.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of digital marketing practices.
• Plan, promote, and participate in sales and educational events, utilizing social media to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with business objectives.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to improve engagement and reach.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media platforms.
