    Solutions Architect

    Job Purpose:

    The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions that align with the organizations business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn client needs into effective solutions. S/he will be responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for enterprise business systems in customer experience. The role Recommends the redesign and configuration of the system and applications as well as investigates and analyses the feasibility of system requirements and develops systems specifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and business goals. Develop comprehensive solution designs that encompass software, infrastructure, and integration components.
    • Architecture Development: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.
    • System Development: Provide technical expertise in developing and deploying software solution.
    • Monitoring and Incident Response: responsible for monitoring system performance, analyzing trends, and responding to incidents. They use various monitoring tools to detect and diagnose issues quickly.
    • Capacity Planning: ensure that systems can handle current and future loads. They analyze usage patterns and plan for scaling infrastructure as needed.
    • Performance Optimization: identify and address performance bottlenecks in systems. This includes optimizing code, improving database queries, and making architectural changes.
    • Reliability Engineering: focus on making systems more reliable by implementing best practices, conducting failure mode analysis, and designing for resilience.
    • Deployment and Release Engineering: play a primary role in the deployment and release process, ensuring that new code releases are smooth, reliable, and do not negatively impact system performance.

    Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • 3– 5years experience in application development, which includes system customization and report designs.
    • 2+ Years experience in site reliability engineering including use of DevOps tools.
    • 2+ Years working with Middleware technologies with Azure Integration services.
    • 2+ years development experience with cloud PAAS (Azure, AWS)
    • 2+ years’ experience with RDMS & No SQL databases
    • 2+ Years of development experience in Native mobile application development.
    • 2+ Years experience with SPA frameworks e.g. Blazor, Angular, React, Flutter, Vue JS e.t.c
