Responsibilities

Operations Management:

Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the output meets regulatory standards and company specifications.
• Regularly inspect and audit processes to identify areas for improvement.

Resource Management:

• Manage resources such as raw materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize resource utilization.

Health and safety compliance:

• Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures as needed.

Environmental Compliance:

• Ensure that the plant operations comply with environmental regulations and standards.

Budgeting and Cost Control:
