Responsibilities

• Wash kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Clean food preparation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
• Organize kitchen equipment and storage areas.
• Support food preparation activities.
• Receive and store cleaning supplies.
• Replenish cleaning materials.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Support catering teams during service.
• Maintain sanitation records where required.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
