    Store Manager

    Qali Bags Kenya is a professional leather and canvas bag company founded in 2018 with an over 4-year footprint in the market. We deal in backpacks, travel bags, duffel bags, laptop bags, tote bags & utility bags amongst others. We boast of a wide variety in both design, material and colours.

    POSITION: STORE MANAGER

    Are you enthusiastic, self-driven and with excellent customer service skills? Do you have previous retail management experience?

    We are looking for a store manager to join the vibrant QALI Team.

    The overall goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Product management:
      • Entails managing store inventory, proper display of products in a visually appealing manner, inspection of products for any damage, actively involvement in the receiving of new consignments and accurately description of product features and benefits to clients.
    • Customer Service:
      •  Entails ascertaining customers’ needs, preferences and recommending products that match customer needs. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and follow up on customers to review our business.
    • Deliveries and Value Addition
      • Entails coordinating delivery between company rider and client. The store manager will engage client on value addition services to our products, a service offered with minimal interference with store operational hours.
    • Social Media Pages Management
      • Entails daily Posting on all social media platforms while fronting of fresh ideas to enhance online presence and responding to all enquiries on various social media platforms
    • Policies and procedures
      • The store manager is to follow all company policies and attend to any other errands assigned by business management.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 2 years working in a busy retail store
    • Fluent in English and Swahili
    • Good working skills with technology such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Passionate, proactive and result oriented
    • Digital marketing skills an added advantage
